Hal Pritchard joined Titan Partners Corporate Finance in May 2018 and has been working in the Corporate Finance industry for 10 years, specialising in M&A advisory. Prior to this, Hal’s commercial acumen was developed having founded and managed a number of successful property related companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business, Master in Applied Finance and MBA.
Brad has more than 25 years of experience in professional services, including over 15 years as a Partner in corporate advisory specialising in mergers and acquisitions advisory, valuations and transaction services. Brad has developed strong relationships with key parties in corporate finance transactions, including banks, private equity firms and legal advisors. Having been the lead advisor to over 100 M&A transactions, Brad has been a key presenter at numerous M&A Seminars for the Australian Institute of Company Directors on all topics and strategies in Corporate Finance.

Sam joined Titan Partners Corporate Finance in September 2012 and has over 15 years’ experience in professional services, including over 10 years in corporate finance advisory. Commencing his career in the assurance division of a ‘Big 4’ firm, Sam has since gained experience with clients from ASX-listed corporations and multinational companies with Australian operations, to privately held owner-managed businesses both large and small. He has worked alongside senior management on both buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions in a variety of industry sectors, as well as on the preparation of Independent Expert’s Reports and valuation assessments for various strategic purposes. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from UNSW and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
